Users agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
The network and website are for professional and nonprofit purposes only. Unauthorized use, harassment, or solicitation is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
Content, logos, and materials on the Milpreneur website are owned by Milpreneur and may not be used without written permission.
5. Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
Milpreneur provides donation receipts for tax purposes.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate guidance and resources, Milpreneur does not guarantee business outcomes.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in programs or use of the website.

Milpreneur’s programs and resources are primarily intended for veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. Participation is voluntary and may be limited based on availability and program capacity. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Nonprofit Services
Milpreneur provides mentorship, resources, training, and networking opportunities at no cost to participants.
All programs are funded entirely through donations and grants.
Services are never sold to participants.
Participation does not create an employment, agency, or contractor relationship with Milpreneur.
3. Use of Website & Network
When using our website or participating in our network, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Use the Services only for lawful, professional, and nonprofit purposes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

12. Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe, supportive, and productive community, all users of the Milpreneur network agree to:
Treat others with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive or personal information shared by other members
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind
Use the network solely for its intended purpose of learning, mentorship, and collaboration
Refrain from promoting unrelated products or services without prior written approval
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from Milpreneur programs, events, or network access at our discretion.
Disclaimer & Waiver of Liability

By participating in any Milpreneur programs, events, mentorship sessions, training, or using any Milpreneur services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
Participation in Milpreneur Services is completely voluntary. You understand and acknowledge that:
Milpreneur is a nonprofit organization providing resources, training, mentorship, and networking opportunities at no cost.
Your participation is not an employment relationship and does not create any contractual or financial obligations on the part of Milpreneur.
2. No Guarantees or Warranties
Milpreneur provides its Services for educational and supportive purposes only.
Milpreneur does not guarantee employment, income, business outcomes, or any particular results from participation in its programs.
All content, guidance, and resources are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
3. Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in Milpreneur programs and events, including but not limited to:
Business, financial, or career decisions you make based on the information provided
Interactions and communications with other participants, mentors, or third parties
Technical issues, data loss, or unauthorized access during online participation
4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Milpreneur, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Services.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Milpreneur and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your breach of Milpreneur’s Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct
Your violation of applicable laws or the rights of any third party
Your misuse of any Milpreneur Services or resources
6. Medical and Emergency Disclaimer
Milpreneur does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial services. If you experience a medical, mental health, or other emergency during participation, you are responsible for seeking appropriate professional help.
7. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
